東南アジアの中から選ばれた10作品の中から賞を競い合うコンペティションにてミャンマー代表として『僕の帰る場所』が選出されてた
タイ・バンコクASEAN映画祭コンペティション部門にて審査員賞(JURY AWARD)を受賞しました！！
東南アジアから選出された様々な映画の中で、受賞できたのはとても意味のある事だと感じてます。ミャンマーでの劇場公開の励みになりました！
授賞式での映画祭からのコメントは以下です！
「スクリーンに描かれたことがあまりない重要な人間的な課題の緊急性や、その現代性を表現した映画。ドキュメンタリーとフィクションの素晴らしい融合を特徴にもつ、率直な作品でもある。映画のもつ迫力は、調和のとれた出演者たちの魅力的なパフォーマンスによって、より強調されている。」
授賞式、上映にはミャンマー在住組の父役アイセさんと藤元監督が参加しました！

Feature film “Passage of Life” won a Jury Award at the 4th edition of Bangkok ASEAN Film Festival 2018!!
Honorable thing to be chosen among films from Southeast Asian Countries!! The Best Film went to “The seen and Unseen”!! We were in the same competition in other festivals too. We know they are great. ^^
